We received immediate service when we reached out to Automated Tech Solutions. We needed our ductwork redone because the south end of our house was freezing cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. We were quoted from a couple of other places that it would cost around $6K so we put it off for quite a few years until we found out about Mr Rick Hollowell with Automated Tech Solutions. They came right out and gave us some quotes and told us about options we didn't know we had that would make it much more reasonable! We did not have to have the whole ductwork redone. The options were awesome and made it so much more affordable in our budget. These guys did an amazing job and are very upright and honest and will not rip anyone off. I have an older home and our floor vents were caved in because the slab shifted. We had them come in and put an attic unit in with ceiling vents. Our home stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. They were our third estimate and were very honest and transparent compared to everyone else. Not to mention cheaper than everyone else. They were quick and thorough and we have had no issues. I would recommend them to anyone.
